Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging materials, certificates, and invoices included.
  • Customized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for returns.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for secure packaging.
  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely, ensuring it is returned in its original condition along with all documentation.
  4. Shipping the Return: Drop off the package at the designated courier service or arrange for a pickup as per the provided instructions.
  5. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Store Credit Option: Customers may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Exchange: If you prefer, we can offer an exchange for another product of equal or higher value.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
