1. General Shipping Information

Tattvva Diamonds is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. We use secure packaging and trusted shipping partners to ensure your precious jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.

  • We offer free shipping across India for all orders.
  • International shipping is available at an additional cost, subject to customs regulations.
  • Orders are processed and delivered within 10-15 business days for domestic orders and 15-20 days for international orders, after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and courier service availability.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
  • Custom and personalized jewelry orders may require additional processing time. The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will be delivered only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery & Verification

To ensure safe delivery, we require proper recipient verification:

  • The recipient must provide a valid government-approved photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) at the time of purchase. This verification process allows us to confirm the eligible recipient, and the order will only be handed over upon presenting the required identification.
  • If someone else is authorized to receive the package, their details must be provided at the time of placing the order.

4. Packaging & Security

  • All jewelry is packed in tamper-proof, discreet packaging to ensure safety.
  • If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, as per their country’s regulations.
  • Delivery timelines for international shipping may vary from 15-20 business days, depending on customs clearance.

6. Non-Delivery & Return to Sender

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt three deliveries before returning the package to us.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

7. Shipping Charges & Insurance

  • All domestic orders come with free shipping and full insurance coverage until the package is successfully delivered.
  • International orders may be subject to shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

8. Delays & Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or customs clearance may occur.
