3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or Instagram.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. International shipping may be available upon request.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and product availability.
  • Tattvva Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final beyond this period.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
  • If eligible, exchanges will be processed after inspection.

6. Buy-Back Policy

We offer a Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from Tattvva Diamonds. Items can be exchanged or returned based on their current market value, with applicable deductions.

The value of your product will be determined based on its specifications, condition, and the prevailing market rates:

  • Diamonds: 85-100% of the purchase value, depending on the condition.
  • Colored Stones: 50-65% of the purchase value.
  • Gold: 100% of the value, based on the current market rate and purity.

To be eligible for buyback, the original product certificate must be provided. For further details, feel free to contact us.

7. Customization & Special Orders

  • Customized jewelry orders require full advance payment and are non-refundable.
  • Production timelines for custom orders vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Warranty & Authenticity

  • All our diamonds are certified and come with an authenticity guarantee.
  • We provide after-sales services such as polishing and minor repairs at an additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, logos, and text on this website, is the property of Tattvva Diamonds.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
